• Messages sent to a connected WhatsApp Business or Messenger account, for the purpose of automating replies, scheduling, and customer communication on the business's behalf
• Ad account and campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) for reporting purposes
• Basic engagement metrics (comments, reactions) where automation or reporting features are enabled

We only request the minimum permissions/scopes required to deliver the specific service a client has engaged us for, and we access this data solely on behalf of, and at the direction of, the business that connected the account.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain our marketing, automation, and advertising services
• To communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and provide customer support
• To automate and manage messaging (e.g. WhatsApp/Messenger auto-replies) on behalf of a client business
• To generate performance reports and analytics for ad campaigns
• To improve our Site, Services, and internal workflows
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
• To send administrative or promotional communications, where you have not opted out

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our Services (e.g. hosting providers, automation/workflow tools, email delivery, analytics providers), bound by confidentiality obligations
• Meta Platforms, Inc., to the extent required to deliver connected services (e.g. sending/receiving WhatsApp or Messenger messages, retrieving ad performance data), in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
• The client business whose account is connected, since automation and reporting data is processed on their behalf
• Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Message and campaign data processed through connected Meta accounts is retained only as long as needed to deliver the automation or reporting service, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
